Reporting Problems within the Temple

The safety of our Clergy and community is of the utmost importance. However, Leadership are unable to act if we are not informed. As Clergy, you are expected to report any problems you face within the Temple.

Failure to report a concern, especially if you use the concern to stir up drama, is cause for removal from the Temple. We are not eager to punish anyone, but we are also not keen on keeping those who are unwilling to resolve conflicts or turn to Leadership when there are issues that need to be addressed.

Reporting Disruptions

Generally, if a Hound is present, they will step in and handle disruptive guests. But, if you are alone or are the only Clergy present, it is helpful for you to know how to make reports.

We do ask that you report any notable IC and OOC disruption.

OOC Reports

If you are reporting an OOC disruption, please contact any available member of Leadership.

For OOC reports, we ask that you include all of the following:

Who was involved in the incident?
When and where did the incident take place? Was it during a gathering?
What rule or rules were broken?
What measures were taken to intervene and by whom?

We also ask that you provide unedited screenshots for our records, especially if there are additional actions that need to be taken.

IC Reports

IC Reports can be made to any Hound. Preferably, you will reach out to a Hound Captain, but if one is not available, you may share details of the RP incident with any Hound, who will then know how to pass the information along the proper channels.

If the issue is related to the poor behavior of an active member of clergy, do NOT make your report to a Hound. Please report to a member of Leadership.

Reporting a fellow Clergy member

You will NEVER get in trouble for expressing a concern about a fellow member of Clergy.

If you believe someone has done something harmful or that you have directly experienced something harmful related to another clergy member, please report it! We cannot help if we do not know!

Please note that we will attempt to address IC/RP issues in RP, unless it is an issue of OOC consent being broken related to RP.

Details to Report

Please share as many of these details as you know!

Who are you reporting?
What did they do wrong?
Who was the wrong done to?
Were others involved?
Where did it take place? (discord, in game, etc.)
Was it IC or OOC?
Do you have screenshots or chat logs?
Were there witnesses?
Have you tried to resolve this on your own?

How to Report

Your report can be made directly to any member of Leadership.

While you do not need to try to resolve issues on your own, we ask that you make attempts to handle misunderstandings and personal issues, especially if they occur outside of the Temple. Our Leadership are not mediators and will not take sides in matters of personal drama.

We will, however, do whatever we can to protect you if someone has broken our rules.

What to Report

Any instance of IC or OOC consent breaking
Anyone trying to pressure you into RP or ERP, or force you into accepting a booking
Anyone using slurs, cussing at you, or being otherwise hateful
Anyone making threats or telling you or anyone else to harm themselves
Anyone trying to manipulate or guilt you into spending time with them, giving them items, sending them money, etc.
Anyone asking for IRL info that you are not comfortable with
Anyone asking for IRL nudes OR anyone sending unsolicited nudes of themself or their characters
Anyone asking for IRL money
Anyone trying to incite drama/conflict within the community
Anyone you discover is underaged within the community
Anyone engaged in bullying
Anyone clearly violating our rules
